Mechanical Design
You have an idea — we turn it into a fully engineered part. Our mechanical designers work from sketches, references, or a brief description to deliver production-ready CAD files and technical drawings.
Give us a sketch on paper, a photo, or just a description. Our engineers model it fully in 3D from your concept.
ISO-standard 2D drawings with full dimensioning, tolerances, surface finish notes, and title block — ready for manufacturing.
You receive the native source file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360), STEP/IGES for universal compatibility, and STL for direct printing.
Every design is reviewed for manufacturability — we flag issues before you commit to production, saving material and time.
You're never locked into the first version. We iterate with you until the design perfectly matches your requirements.
Every file we produce for you belongs to you. We sign an NDA on request and never retain or reuse your designs.

CNC Machining
We handle the complete technical preparation of your CNC projects — from part design optimized for machining, to G-code programming and full study documentation. Physical machining coming soon.
We write the full machining program — toolpaths, cutting parameters, speeds and feeds — ready to run on your CNC machine.
Complete machining study including operation sequence, clamping setup, tool selection, and machining conditions — documented clearly.
We design or redesign your part to be practical for CNC — respecting tool access, minimum radii, fixturing requirements, and tight tolerances.
Full CNC machining service is on its way.
We're currently finalizing partnerships with verified CNC machining facilities. Soon you'll be able to order machined parts in aluminum, steel, brass and more — all handled end-to-end through Urshapes.
